About this Event

Fly Dance Fitness® -Throw Down® 101 will be led by FLY Dance Fitness studio owner, Jena Bowman, at Eleven Lake Brewing in Cornelius (10228 Bailey Rd., Ste. 201).

After class enjoy $5.00 Mimosa's and Bloody Mary's courtesy of Eleven Lakes Brewing!

Doors open at 9:45 AM. Class will go from 10:00 -11:00 AM.

Throw Down® is our signature format, which features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits. Expect a full hour of cardio-pumping, dance fueled fun! It's gonna be lit !

**Our instructors work hard to make sure class is safe and enjoyable. Please arrive at 9:45 a.m.to sign waivers prior to start of class.
