Fluid Acrylic Landscapes and the Sky

Learn how to create a unique painting using Fluid Acrylics, and High Flow Acrylics. You will learn a variety of techniques to control the paints and how to let them move on their own. Both mediums are very fun to use and can create unique effects, some that are similar to the bleeding and magic of watercolors and others with a brighter feel of acrylics. We will work with adding focal elements including land, moons, stars, and more.
Supplies needed for class:
Canvas (several 8x10 or 1-2 11x14 or 16x20 canvases or similar)
Several different colors of High Flow, Fluid Acrylics
Brushes

If you have ever wanted to try Acrylics but didn't know where to start or have dabbled in Acrylics and need direction these are the class for you. Each class will have a different focus and a wide variety of samples to inspire you. We encourage you to explore this fun and unique medium as we learn a variety of techniques that can be applied to any subject. Each class is tailored to the students that come to the session and are great for beginning students and intermediate students who want a more formal art session to explore a more in-depth process of using acrylics. Please arrive 5 minutes early, class will start on time. All class reservations must be paid in advance and cannot be canceled or changed less than 72 hours prior to class. Sorry, no exceptions.
