The Flu Shot/New COVID-19 Shot Clinic has been RESCHEDULED to Friday, OCTOBER 27 at 1 - 3 PM. (It was originally scheduled for September 29.)The Family Christian Health Center (FCHC) will administer Flu shots and the new COVID-19 shot to anyone 5 years and up if they haven't had a COVID-19 shot in the last 2 months. Please bring your ID and insurance card.
