Flowing waters: voices of the rivers

This year, the Night of Ideas will take place on the Henriette-Fahrbach-Promenade, along the Danube Canal, on 7 July from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, in partnership with BatoLabo. This traditional Loire barge has journeyed from France along Europe’s rivers, bringing with it a unique space for dialogue, creativity, and reflection.

At the crossroads of art and science, the evening will offer an open platform for discussion and exchange. The program will explore the rights of nature and rivers, highlighting a European Citizens’ Initiative devoted to this cause. Poetic and musical performances, participatory activities, and interactive experiences will punctuate the evening, creating moments of inspiration and connection.

Between journey and transition, this Night of Ideas invites the public to reimagine our relationship with rivers and the ecosystems that sustain them.
