Flowing in Partnership - A One-of-a-Kind Yoga Experience for Two Humans
This is not a class. It’s not a workshop. It’s an immersive two-hour experience created for pairs to move, breathe, and be—together. Twelve pairs. One shared mat per duo. Through supported yoga postures and connection-based partner exercises, you’ll explore what it feels like to be seen, supported, and deeply present. We’ll pause for still moments—eye gazing, shared breath, and simple connection exercises that gently awaken trust, curiosity, and emotional intimacy.
No yoga experience is needed. This experience is more about connection than flexibility, more about presence than postures. It's for anyone ready to expand their heart center and explore the richness of being fully seen and held. Expect laughter, real connection, giggles, maybe a few tears (it's simply energy moving through your eyes), and a whole lot of heart. All emotions are welcome here.
