Spring is coming.
Daylight savings is almost here!
And it’s time for singles to gather in a healthy way. 🌿
Many of you may not know this, but I’ve been a yoga teacher for almost a decade. I used to teach a class called Flowfit and I’m bringing it back… this time for singles.
Think movement, music, fresh air, and connection.
🌸 What to Expect (2–4 PM)
We’ll meet in the big field with the trees at Forest Hill Park (by the Stone House) and move together through:
✨ A dynamic warm-up (fluid movement to a killer playlist)
✨ A light cardio circuit weaving in basic calisthenics + core
✨ A grounding yoga stretch
✨ A sound healing meditation to close
Come for all of it, or just part of it.
Cardio queen? We’ve got you.
Need a stretch? Perfect.
Want to relax in the park with good humans? Also welcome.
Even if you just want to sit on the sidelines and soak in the vibe, you belong there.
🧘 What to Bring
• Water (lots!)
• Any other drinks you like
• Yoga mat, towel, or blanket
• Running shoes
• A well-behaved dog (optional🐾)
I’m manifesting a perfect 60-degree day, but if the weather has other plans, our rain date is March 15th.
