About this Event

WHAT CAN I EXPECT

Guided forest therapy walks are a slow paced physically undemanding practice taking place in a park or along a forest trail. This walk will includes some hills. As your guide, I will offer a series of invitations designed to bring you a wide range of health benefits through connecting with our natural surroundings. The walk concludes with a forest tea and a light snack. I am a certified forest therapy guide, trained to utilize the best practices to deepen your relationship with nature. A forest therapy walk is an opportunity to slow down, gain personal insight and activate your body’s parasympathetic nervous system inducing relaxation and stress release.

Sliding scale is available, all are welcome, please email Lisa for details: [email protected]
