Fused glass craft workshop using a variety of pre-cut glass materials including rods, frit and frit balls to transform into your choice of a bowl, hanging or free standing wave form.Whether you create a design inspired by wild flower gardens, fields of Poppies, a layer of Bluebells or hills covered in Heather you’ll enjoy playing with glass shapes and textures to create your own abstract and colourful creation.
Choose from 3 options of pre cut glass bases and create either a bowl, sculptural wave or hanging panel. Get making by snapping glass rods, sprinkling crushed glass frit and place frit balls for your colourful flower blooms. The main thing to remember is to have fun! You will play with different types of decorative glass elements and learn a little about how the kiln firing will change them. Simply complete your design during the session and leave it at the studio for me to fire, finish and clean up for you.
