Join this FREE Workout - Special Flower City Challenge Course Preview edition.
ASICS will have some of their newest shoes for our paced run or walk for you to wear test!
The workout will consist of two loops, taking in a great deal of the Course.
The First Loop will feature the 5K and is great for everyone.
The Second Loop will follow a large portion of the 13.1 mile route.
Routes will be provided, and pacers will help you get the mileage you need.
And after, enjoy refreshments at Mercantile on Main with ASICS.
Wear test shoes are first come, first served for sizing.
