Please bring with you a flower (or two) of your choosing to this service!Join us for one of Unitarian Universalism’s most beloved seasonal rituals. The Flower Ceremony was created in 1923 by Czech Unitarians Norbert and Maja Čapek for their church in Prague as a celebration of the inherent worth and beauty of every person. In our own time, this communion is held in almost all UU congregations as a shared celebration of human diversity in community. This service features "Beauty Calls Us Together", an original cantata of readings and songs for choir and congregation composed to honor the centennial of the Flower Ceremony.
