To ensure a calm and safe experience for our puppies and guests, we kindly ask everyone to follow a few simple guidelines:
✨ Attending with a friend?
Please book your tickets together in one transaction. Our sessions sell out quickly, and separate bookings may result in mismatched availability.
✨ Only one ticket available?
This means there is only one spot left in that session.
✨ Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
If you’re running late — no stress! Just enter quietly and join in.
✨ Hand sanitiser provided — please use it upon arrival.
✨ If you have a sick pet at home, please skip this session to keep all puppies safe.
✨ Give the puppies space at first.
They’ll come to you once they feel comfortable. Their behaviour varies — they may be sleepy, energetic, or cuddly.
✨ Puppies are teething!
We recommend removing dangling jewellery and facial piercings.
✨ Accidents happen.
Our team will clean promptly and calmly after the puppies.
✨ Please keep voices soft and follow guidance from our facilitators and handlers.
✨ All materials are supplied — no need to bring anything except your smile.
✨ Age requirement: 18+ unless otherwise stated.
✨ No refunds, but you’re welcome to transfer or reschedule your ticket with 48 hours’ notice.
