You are warmly invited to join me for my Sunday Sound Bath Session at the new Still Point Studio in Ilfracombe High Street.Settle into an afternoon of sound, stillness, and deep listening.
Through the gentle vibrations of resonant instruments, I will create a space to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with our natural rhythm.
This is a time to slow down, rest, and receive.
No experience is needed—simply arrive as you are and let the sounds guide you inward.
You are welcome to bring your own:
• A mat or blanket to rest on
• Layers for warmth
• Anything that helps you feel supported and at ease/pillow
These are also available to use at the studio already.
Come lie down, breathe deeply, and allow the sound to carry you into a deeply restful state of being.
