'Easy Like Sunday Mornin': GONG / SOUND BATH SESSIONS ๐ฟFor the smoothest start to your Sunday morning grab your pillows and sleeping bags, and head down to our sensational new sound baths, set in our sumptuously serene Green Room.
Our wonderfully passionate practitioner, Peter Parker, crafts the sessions with a love for them, and a personal approach to the people in the room, which is both beneficial and unmistakable.
Peter is treating us with his wonderful collection of gongs and sound instruments just once each month, on the second Sunday.
His sound baths are the first element of our way to approach to the best bit of the weekend, with - 'Easy Like a Sunday Mornin'.
We'll soon be announcing lots more to make your Sunday mornings the deeply relaxing and reinvigorating treats they were always supposed to be!

Additional Information:
To get the full benefit of a deep, relaxing sound bath, itโs recommended that you lie down on a yoga or exercise mat. Alternatively, youโre very welcome to sit in a chair if thatโs more comfortable. To keep warm, especially at this time of the year, bring a pillow or cushion and a blanket, quilt, fleece or sleeping bag so you can stay fully comfortable and cosy throughout the sound bath. Your body temperature can drop when you remain still for an extended period of time (around an hour).
Once everyone is settled, Peter will guide the group into a relaxed meditative state before beginning the sound bath. This will be followed by a quiet recovery time immediately after the sounds end, allowing participants to gently return to the here and now. After a few minutes of silence, he will ease everyone back into full consciousness. It would be greatly appreciated if attendees could complete a feedback form to help Peter continually enhance his soundscape offering.
Sound Bath Contraindication
Please be warned that some health conditions can be temporarily worsened or aggravated by a sound bath. If in doubt, please contact Peter to discuss. Email: [email protected]
This session is not recommended for those who are suffering from the following:
Ear infections
Tinnitus
Meniere's Disease
Epilepsy
Mental illness
Advanced stages of cancer
Women in the first three months of pregnancy
People with recent bone fractures (within six weeks of the break)
Peter must also be advised if anybody is fitted with a Pacemaker as this will influence how he plays the instruments.
Generally, if people are unwell with coughs and colds, it is recommended that they miss the sound bath this time around to avoid spreading illness and avoid any distraction for other members' relaxation. If anyone has health problems and is unsure whether a Sound Bath would be beneficial to them, Peter is very happy to be contacted beforehand.
