Your time together will begin with a gentle and intuitive yoga flow where you will have the opportunity to move slowly, awaken the body with kindness and let your breath guide your movements. This will not be about performance but about presence and about feeling your way back into your body.
From there, Kirsty will guide you into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra which is a practice of conscious rest where your body sleeps and your mind unwinds.
As you rest, the journey continues through sound. Kirsty’s crystal bowls will gently wash over you and create space for a quiet and calm mind.
Flow to Sound is a full-circle experience: movement into stillness, effort into ease, doing into simply being. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded.
