About this Event

Women, Men & Couples are welcome! Our goal is to share as much knowledge as possible around what makes the female physiology unique - this means involving our male allies in the process!

About Event

Learn the art of cycle syncing - aligning your work, fitness, nutrition, and self-care with your menstrual cycle phases for optimized wellness, deep self-connection, and an empowered life. Gain insights into hormonal fluctuations and support for each of the 4 monthly stages.

Did you know that your monthly cycle can become your superpower?

The beauty of being a woman is that there is an optimal time for everything (like asking for a promotion, or going on a first date). There's also magic in the cycle of death and rebirth, shedding and renewal, that we embark on every single month.

Forget the one-size-fits-all productivity model, because women are not small men. This workshop will explore how tapping into the four phases of the menstrual cycle can help women harness energy, protect mental health, and lead with more impact at work. Learn how to build your calendar, meetings, and goals around your biology - not in spite of it.

Don't currently cycle? No problem! You're welcome to join this workshop to understand your body & hormonal health better. Suggestions will be provided on how you can adopt the cycle syncing method in your life no matter your age or phase in life, and you’ll learn why it is the best burnout prevention strategy. Every participant will get a cycle syncing calendar template to take home, among other resources.

For Men / Couples:

Whether you personally experience a menstrual cycle or not, understanding the cyclical nature of female biology can deepen empathy, strengthen communication, and create more harmony in relationships - both at home and at work. Men will gain valuable insight into the physical and emotional rhythms that shape the women in their lives, learning how to best support, connect, and collaborate through each phase. Couples will walk away with a shared language for energy, emotions, and needs that fosters deeper intimacy, patience, and partnership.
