Flow State Breathwork + Sound Bath Journey is designed to uplift your spirit and open up your energy pathways, increase your creative and sexual energy and connect you to your inner aliveness.


This breathwork session focuses on releasing stuck energy and frozen emotions in the body, allowing the breath to guide you into a state of flow, trust, fluidity, and openness. As you let go of any blocks and physical tension, will awaken a renewed sense of inner aliveness.

Conscious Connected Somatic Breathwork: This practice harmonizes movement, sound, and self-bodywork, helping you connect deeply with your body and mind. Guided breathwork will take you through the seven belts of tension—eyes, jaw, throat, chest, diaphragm, belly, and pelvis—liberating stored tension and emotional blockages.

Bodywork and Movement: Engage in gentle bodywork and mindful movements that complement the breathwork, enhancing the release of physical and emotional stress. Self-touch techniques will deepen your connection with your body, amplifying the healing process.

Healing Sonic Sound Journey: After a 50-minute guided breathwork session, embark on a transcendent sound journey. Wrapped in a cocoon of healing frequencies, you'll dissolve into a mesmerizing sound bath. The soundscape, featuring crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes, and other healing instruments, will transport you to a state of inner calm and cosmic alignment.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore the transformative power of your breath.
