Join us for Flow Session with ACT XXIV + DJ OOWWEE at Bridge District, the new home of FlowWell Yoga!

Bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need for your practice.

Getting There

The Bridge District (600 Howard Rd SE) is easily accessible by public transportation and car. The closest metro station is Anacostia Metro (Green Line), about a 10 minute walk to the space. Several bus lines also service the area along Howard Road and nearby corridors.

If driving, there is a limited street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, along with neaby surface lots. We recommend arriving early to allow time to park and get settled before class.

Led by , Founder of FlowWell Yoga, these all-levels yoga classes invite you to move, breathe, and center yourself before or after your day. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning, these sessions are designed to be accessible, affirming, and energizing.

💰 Class Cost: FREE. However, we ask that you make a donation if you can to keep these programs going well into the future. We do have a no-refund policy, however, if you donate and our unable to attend OR if we have to adjust the scheudle, your ticket will be honored at any one class.

Complimentary Ticket Policy:

We believe yoga should be accessible to all. A limited number of complimentary tickets are available each class. However, if you RSVP for a free ticket and no-show more than once, you will no longer be eligible for complimentary tickets in the future.

Waiver of Liability:By registering for Unity Flow sessions, participants acknowledge and agree to waive any liability against SJ Bradberry LLC, FlowWell Yoga, Bridge District, and their respective instructors, staff, and affiliates for any injuries or damages that may occur during the yoga sessions. Participation in yoga activities carries inherent risks, and attendees participate at their own risk. In addition, by accepting this wavier you accept the right to use photos taken at the event across the FlowWell Yoga + Wellness Ecocystem.
