About this Event
Flow, play, and move with your magic! Jiaren Yoga Studio collaboration with Dance Alchemy™, you will be guided by the five elements. This trauma-informed somatic movement class blends gentle choreography and intuitive dance to help you release tension, balance your emotions, and awaken your creativity.
All levels welcome—no dance experience needed!
Bring your own water, journal, and pen. Yoga mat optional.

Sarah Spalletta — Dance Alchemy™ Facilitator
Sarah is a mom of two boys and a dedicated Dance Alchemy™ facilitator, guiding others through somatic healing, elemental flow, and intuitive movement. Her trauma-informed approach helps students release tension, build confidence, and reconnect with their inner magic. Sarah’s classes are playful, grounding, and welcoming to all—no dance experience needed.
Celina Goldsmith — Yoga Guide & Story Weaver
Celina is a mom of four boys, a devoted yoga teacher, and a gifted storyteller. Her approach blends breath, mindful movement, and the power of narrative to help students drop into their bodies and open their imaginations. Celina creates nurturing spaces where movement becomes a portal into wisdom, play, and presence. Her classes feel like coming home—to your body, your heart, and your story.
