Flow on the Farm is a summer yoga series designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with the rhythm of the season.Join Julie Domres, RYT 200, of Willow River Yoga at the scenic Back 80 Farm in New Richmond, WI, for a gentle, all-levels flow surrounded by fresh air, open space, and the simple beauty of nature. As the sun begins to soften, we’ll move, breathe, and unwind together — grounding into the earth beneath us and creating space within.
In the case of inclement weather, class will be held inside the barn, offering a cozy and equally peaceful experience.
