Flow on Tap: St. Patrick's Day Yoga Flow with Mallorie Ables
Join us for a special St. Patrick’s Day Flow on Tap led by experienced yoga instructor Mallorie Ables. Mallorie has 7 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness practices. Her compassionate teaching style blends movement, breathwork, relaxation, and intentional themes to create a deeply nourishing experience for all levels of practitioners. Mallorie will guide you through an intentional practice that encourages connection, openness, and gratitude. Props and yoga mats will be provided, if needed.

Yoga Only: A full hour of yoga with Mallorie.
Yoga + Non-Alcoholic Beverage: Enjoy a refreshing drink after class, with options like kombucha, coffee, or tea.
Yoga + Alcoholic Beverage: Unwind with a glass of wine, cider, beer, or cocktail after practice.
