FLOW, NOT STRIVE - A Sacred Reset for All Who Mother

FLOW, NOT STRIVE is a gentle yet powerful in-person gathering created for all those who mother—biological mothers, spiritual mothers, foster and adoptive mothers, aunties, grandmothers, mentors, caregivers, ministry leaders, and women who mother through service, presence, and love.

This day is an invitation to pause.

To exhale.

To realign with God’s rhythm instead of the world’s pressure.

You were created to flow, not to live in constant strain.

So many women are exhausted—not because they aren’t faithful, but because they’ve been carrying too much, for too long, often without permission to rest.

This experience is designed to help you:

• Release overwhelm and hidden guilt
• Reclaim balance without striving
• Learn how to move at the pace of grace
• Restore divine order in your life
• Set loving, God-honoring boundaries
• Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and spiritually refreshed

• Women in every season—mothering children, adults, communities, ministries, or dreams

You do not need to be a biological mother to belong here.If you mother in any form, this space is for you.
