This will be a feel-good, grounding flow to help you shake off the old year and step into 2026 with clarity and good energy. Nothing extreme, nothing too slow — just movement that feels good and gives you a moment to reconnect with yourself.

After class, stick around for a relaxed post-flow hangout where you can shop beautiful, handmade necklaces brought to you by local vendor Perlé, mingle with the community, sip something tasty, and ease into your Sunday.
Spots are limited to 20 people so the space can stay cozy and intentional. Once it fills, that’s it — so grab your spot early if you want to join us.
