Flow Into Stillness — 90-Minute Workshop

We’ll begin with a strong, fluid flow to build heat and presence, taking time to deepen into postures and explore mindful alignment. There will be space to play with inversions—whether you’re refining your practice or trying them for the first time—supported with guidance and variations for all levels.
We’ll close with a spacious, soothing guided meditation to reset the nervous system, release lingering tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner stillness. Expect to leave feeling balanced, centred and gently recharged.
