Celebrate the first day of Spring with a gentle and rejuvenating flow to welcome the new season—one hour of soothing, breath-led yoga to unwind the body and calm the mind.
Then, we'll transition and settle into a guided meditation - all to deepen rest, cultivate inner safety, restore balance and harmonize the mind, body and spirit.
Register soon, spaces are limited. Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Led by Uyen Nguyen, founder of Lotus Love Works, a Certified Reiki Master, Meditation Guide and Yoga Instructor.
