No need to be a gymnast or seasoned yogi, this is a safe, welcoming space for beginners and regular practitioners alike. Expect mindful movement, deep rest, and a moment to reconnect with yourself away from life’s endless to-do lists.

19:15 – 19:20 → Transition & set-up for Yoga Nidra (5 mins)

19:55 – 20:00 → Closing circle (5 mins)
