Join us Wednesdays from July 9th - Aug 20th @ 6-7pm for Flow in the Park, a series of free outdoor yoga classes on the waterfront at beautiful Lake Union Park in the heart of Seattle. Get moving, connect with your community, and enjoy the summer in Seattle.

At each class, empowering yoga teachers will expertly guide you through an all-levels yoga practice that will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.
