Join us for a vinyasa style yoga flow set to the beats of the latest hip hop, R+B, and afrobeats on January 11th in the Edgewater/Wynwood/Midtown, Miami area.

Angel’s an award-winning wellness coach an published lifestyle athlete with certifications in exercise and nutritional science. She began her journey with yoga as a way to overcome an autoimmune disease diagnosis - and has been glued to her mat ever since.
