Flow for The Bridge

Join Sophie Aziakou, The Zen Siren, for a donation-based vinyasa yoga class in support of The Bridge, a local nonprofit offering mental health and housing solutions to the New Yorkers who need it most.

All levels are welcome. Mats will be provided.
