Hi friends! Come join us for a special event that combines the relaxing practice of yoga with giving back to the community. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or becoming interested, this event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and do some good. Check in begins no earlier than 1 pm. Flow will begin promptly at 1:15 pm.

Located in the Earth room of Elevate Yoga & Wellness. Cross streets are 3rd ave and Roosevelt, access to the room is on 3rd ave.

Free parking is available in the Gold Spot parking garage. Additional parking along 3rd ave.

Please bring your own water bottle. You may bring your own mat, if you do not have one they will be available to you on a first arrival, first requested basis.
