Flow & Fizz: Afro Beats Edition is a high-vibe yoga and brunch experience designed to energize your body and elevate your spirit. We’ll begin with a 60-minute Afro Beats–inspired yoga flow, blending smooth rhythms, intentional movement, and grounding breathwork. Expect a soulful playlist featuring Afrobeat, Amapiano, and Afro-fusion sounds to guide you through an empowering and accessible flow.

After class, transition seamlessly into bottomless mimosas at The Continent DC, where the vibes continue with curated music, social connection, and relaxed luxury.
