Flow & Sip: Yoga + Matcha Social

Start your Sunday with movement, mindfulness, and connection made for women navigating their twenties and beyond ✨

We’ll kick things off with an all-levels, gentle yoga class led by the amazing @softpowerbyaura. Securing a ticket confirms your reservation for class. The class is donation based and payment information will be provided on site. Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.

After yoga, stick around for our Matcha & Mingle Social Hour, with matcha served by the incredible Moody Matcha (@moodymatcha.eg). It’s the perfect way to sip, chat, and connect with other women building intentional wellness practices.

To keep the vibes flowing, we’ll also have a fun wellness activity, most likely one of our signature scavenger hunts that always spark laughter and new friendships. 🌿
