Rediscover calm and release stress with Flow & Restore, a grounding yoga class that blends gentle flow, Yin yoga, and restorative stillness to support flexibility, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.
Designed for all levels, this yin–yang fusion class starts with a slow, breath-led flow to warm the body and release tension. Then, you’ll shift into Yin poses held for several minutes to stretch deeply into fascia, open tight areas, and create space in the body and mind. Class ends in restful stillness to support emotional balance and full-body relaxation.
