What style of yoga?
Flow & Restore Yoga:
An ideal balance of energising and calming yoga for a relaxed body and a spacious, open mind.
Active vinyasa flow with long breaths will invigorate and lighten the whole body, unlocking its natural vibrance and energy, before we drop into calming, long stretches for deep tension release.
What kind of meditation?
We’ll practise classic mindfulness-inspired guided meditation with insights from yoga philosophy. Following the waves of breath, we’ll practise cultivating a warm attitude towards our minds, relaxing perfectionism to be with what is arising with greater ease. You’ll receive helpful guidance to drop into the practice as well as enough quietness to rest with yourself.
By the end of the series you will have a deeper sense of connection to yourself from this healthy weekly rhythm and all the gifts that come from regular Yoga and meditation
All experience levels are welcome!
Your choice: in-person in a beautiful studio or online at home.
