- Relaxation Yoga Flow: A gentle, all-levels movement session to release tension and restore balance.
11-11:30am
- The Sahajan Glow: Try Sahajan’s clean, Ayurvedic formulas.
- Tea & Goodies: Post-session nourishment with tea and light snacks.
