Step into a curated wellness experience designed to energise your body and set the tone for your weekend. This session blends yoga-inspired movement with a live DJ set by Souzac, flowing to the rhythm of the music for a truly immersive experience.
Sister Yoga, led by Eimear & Niamh from the Daly Wellbeing community, is a fun and energising flow open to all levels, with both visual and verbal cues throughout.
In partnership with As One, Flowstate , Protege Club & Synergy expect an elevated morning with Synergy Kombucha on arrival, followed by coffee / matcha in As One after the session, plus a relaxed social to connect and unwind.
