About this Event
Flow & Focus is a 90 minute instructor led pilates and neuroscience based journaling workshop created to support clarity, calm, and embodied focus.
The session begins with a gentle, mat-based pilates class designed to encourage flow, release tension, and help you arrive in your body. This is followed by guided breath and somatic grounding, and a neuroscience-informed reflective journalling practice focused on attention and self-connection.
Rather than pushing for insight or performance, the experience is designed to create the internal conditions where focus can return naturally. Everything is paced gently and is suitable for all levels.
Participants will leave with a personal and meaningful Focus Anchor to support clarity and attention beyond the session.
What to Expect
- 45 minute instructor led, beginner-friendly mat pilates
- Guided breathwork and grounding meditation
- Structured reflective journalling grounded in neuroscience and psychology
- A calm, supportive environment
- A meanigful, reflective takeaway to carry forward
All materials will be provided. No prior pilates or journalling experience needed. Bring a journal if you like, water bottle, and yourself - come as you are.

Tickets include a goodie bag too.
