Heart led WEEKLY outdoor expressive dance & connection classes. ***Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel and your water bottle ***
Casual rate: $15 cash or bank transfer on the day or $70 for a 5 class concession.
Drawing on my Nia dance training, varied experiences with movement medicine and intuitive movement, these classes are a mix of facilitator led movement and expressive dance where you are encouraged to embrace your own natural rhythm. Each week there is a different focus with songs and movement thoughtfully chosen to connect us to our own bodies way and to come together for connection.
