Join Jane and Brigitte for this new class combining Vinyasa flows and chilled Yin: Jane will lead a warm up sequence followed by a Vinyasa flow, linking movement with breath, raising energy levels and bringing in some balance and twists. Brigitte will then take over leading into a warm down and some longer, restorative stretches focusing more internally and finally working down into savasana for final relaxation.1st February: 3:30-5pm
