The 2024 hurricane season was a storm we weathered together. Now, it’s time to pour back into our community and ourselves. Hosted by I Support The Girls - Tampa Bay this event is a space for women and girls to find strength in solidarity.

✨ THE ITINERARY
📦 2:00 PM | The Giving Station
Let’s hit our goal of 300 hygiene kits! We are hosting a Period Packing Party.
The Ask: Please bring a box of pads or tampons to donate. Have opened boxes you no longer need - no problem! As long as they are individually wrapped we can use them!
The Task: We’ll assemble kits together to support women displaced by Hurricanes Debby, Helene, and Milton. As well as others in our community in need.
🩺 2:30 PM | The Knowledge Session
Pelvic Health: Join Dr. Kaylee Simmerman, owner and founder of The Hope Doctors, local Pelvic Floor Specialist for an intimate talk on how stress and "survival mode" impact our physical bodies and how we can begin to release that tension.
🧘 3:00 PM | The Healing Movement
Restorative Yoga with Radiate Yoga: End the afternoon with a gentle, yoga session designed to calm the nervous system and ground your spirit. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart!

This event is FREE to attend, but we kindly ask that you bring a donation of menstrual hygiene products (pads or tampons) to help us stock our "Restoring Dignity" kits.
Light refreshments will be served.
