What to expect;
Restorative Flow and Meditation, designed to leave you feeling lighter in body and mind. Begin with a gentle, restorative yoga flow to deepen stretches, release muscle tension, and create space within your body. As we slow down, we’ll transition into cultivating stillness through simple breathwork and finish with a 10 minute guided meditation, focusing on kindness and self-love.
Follow this with a dynamic Pilates session, focusing on strengthening and lengthening your body! Afterward, enjoy a cozy hot chocolate and connect with like-minded attendees in a welcoming, cosy space. To end the morning, take home a thoughtfully curated goodie bag as a little reminder of your self-care.

All proceeds to this event are going towards Lord Taverners Charity. The Lord's Taverners is a UK-based charity focused on empowering young people facing inequality, particularly those with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds. Established in 1950, the charity uses cricket and other recreational activities as a platform to foster confidence, life skills, and community connections.
