About this Event
Whether you're here for guided breathwork, sensory rest, or simply to spend time in a supportive community, there's no pressure to move—it's your space to unwind.
We will also provide basic writing materials, so feel free to doodle, jot down your thoughts, or simply relax in the quiet space if movement isn’t your thing.
Each session begins with a mindfulness introduction and transitions into a Gentle Yoga practice led by one of our local, trauma-conscious instructors.
What to Expect
We believe movement should be accessible and non-intimidating. Our hosts are mindful of the isolation and challenges of connecting with others while navigating mental health or chronic conditions.

Commitment to Inclusivity 🌈
We aim to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Discrimination, hate, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated. If an issue arises, we will address it respectfully and privately. Continued harmful behavior may result in being asked to leave, but we welcome attendees back for future events when mutual respect is observed.
We value open dialogue, shared learning, and the growth of our community.
COVID Precautions & Low-Sensory Environment
- Masks & Distancing: Let us know if you’d like an N95 mask or a socially distanced spot.
- Low-Sensory Requests: Please avoid wearing scents or perfumes to support a low-sensory space.
- Children: Kids are welcome to join quietly with you.
Honoring the Land
We gather with gratitude as settlers on the unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
