Enjoy 1 hour of moving and grooving in this FLOW class led by One Down Dog's Yoga Teacher Training alumni.
Linking breath to movement, FLOW gets your body moving. This all-levels class consists of challenging yoga flows set to incredible playlists. Each teacher brings their own flavor to this class – try them all and find what FLOWs with you!
Class is Pay What You Can: $10, $15, $20, $25, or $30.
About One Down Dog (ODD for short!):
One Down Dog is a community-driven yoga and fitness studio based in Los Angeles.
Our movement is feeling-focused in a world concerned with aesthetics. Our classes are all levels, with a variety of styles from ass-kicking-SWEAT to CHILL-the-eff-out. From your first visit, you’re part of this community and we encourage you to be your fullest self – however ODD that may be! We practice feeling good, one day and One Down Dog at a time.
