Join us at ODA Bar & Bistro for a 60-minute all-level flow designed to ground your body, reset your nervous system, and ease you into the day.

We’ll move through an accessible, breath-led flow that builds gentle heat, creates space, and leaves you feeling steady and clear, followed by a few restorative moments to help you settle in.

After class, stay and linger. Each ticket includes 10% off your post-flow beverage at ODA: coffee, tea, or your favorite café ritual.
