About this Event
An evidence-based mindfulness and meditation session, providing insight into how to live more mindfully in order to reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve overall well-being. The session will include time for self-reflection and group interaction.
In the session you will:
- Learn about the origins of meditation as well as the definition for mindfulness
- Explore and try out a variety of mindful and meditative practices
- Learn how Mindfulness and Meditation can improve mental well-being and reduce stress.
- Have the opportunity to self-reflect
About the facilitator:
Minal is a Positive Psychology Mindset Coach (MSc), wellbeing trainer and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. Having always had a passion in human behaviour and neuroscience, Minal works with individuals and with organisations to help them thrive and flourish. Through evidence-based techniques, she helps people to identify and overcome negative thinking patterns that hold them back. She supports them to build their confidence and resilience levels, to live more mindfully and to live an intentional, meaningful life that is filled with more joy and peace.
