Flourish: Journey Back to the Heart is a soul-led spring day retreat for women ready to soften, feel, heal, and reconnect with themselves.
Held in the beautiful surroundings of The Lygon Arms in Broadway, this is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a day of restoration, reflection, and reconnection.
This retreat is for the woman who is tired of always holding it all together.

Across the day, you’ll be gently guided through a carefully held journey including:

✨ Cacao ceremony, guided journey and group Reiki
✨ Empowerment coaching around people pleasing
✨ Inner child healing journey and meditation
✨ Womb healing meditation
✨ Ho’oponopono healing practice
✨ Sound healing and individual Reiki
✨ Oracle cards and intuitive guidance
✨ A delicious two-course lunch and refreshments throughout the day
