Surrounded by open skies and sweeping mountain views, this day retreat is an invitation to step out of the busy pace of life and into something more spacious through the exploration of movement, breath, sound, ritual, and connection.
To flourish means to grow well and thrive; to tend yourself in ways that truly nourish and enliven you. Maybe you’ve been holding a lot, or life has been feeling fast, demanding, or uncertain. Perhaps your body is asking for a slower, more spacious opportunity to move, breathe, receive, and remember.
As we move from spring toward summer, we gather to intentionally pause, recalibrate, and resource into what steadies and sustains us: the wisdom of nature, the body, and the support of community.
Together, we will move through guided Qoya-inspired movement and connection, circular breathwork with Reiki support, an immersive and intricate sound healing journey, a nourishing seasonal meal, and time outdoors for reflection and a nature-based intention ritual (weather permitting). Each experience is designed to help you soften, expand, and reconnect to your vitality.
You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to show up exactly as you are. All practices are guided and accessible. This retreat is open to all genders 18+.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.

About the Experiences
Qoya-Inspired Movement
Qoya is movement as medicine; it creates a shift in consciousness that evolves the way we have been taught to move, relate to and live in our bodies. Drawn from the wisdom of yoga, creative expression in dance, and the pleasure found in embodied movement, Qoya helps us inhabit our bodies in a way that feels safe, authentic, and pleasurable. There is no way to do Qoya “wrong” – the practice meets you where you are and provides a welcoming space to explore your relationship to movement.
Breathwork
You will be guided through a conscious, connected (circular) breathing pattern designed to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and increase clarity and presence. Breathwork can support stress reduction, emotional processing, improved focus, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that offers gentle, hands-on or hands-near energy healing in order to support relaxation and balance. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. It is the life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki can help to activate and restore life force energy that may be weak or blocked. During breathwork, Reiki will be offered to those who wish to receive it as an added layer of support and integration.
Sound Healing
A sound healing journey is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. The sounds of therapeutic instruments will wash over and through you, inviting deep relaxation and supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Certain musical intervals encourage brain waves to shift from an active state into slower, more restorative states (often called theta or delta). These slower states are the most conducive for healing on all levels.
A variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, flow and Koshi chimes, ocean drums, rainsticks, gongs, and more, provide an intricate soundscape to support recalibrating your nervous system.
