The Floros & Associates Board Chair & CEO Leadership Intensive: Elevating Governance is a one-day, high-impact experience designed for leadership pairs who want to move from “managing meetings” to truly leading their organizations. Together, board chairs and CEOs will clarify roles, strengthen their partnership, and practice the habits of high-performing boards—so they leave aligned on how to lead with one voice.
Through interactive case studies, peer coaching, and guided planning time, participants will explore core governance responsibilities, meeting design that drives strategy (not minutiae), and practical ways to engage the full board in fundraising and oversight. Each pair will identify a real governance challenge they’re facing and walk out with a 12‑month action roadmap, including concrete next steps for board composition, committee structure, CEO–chair communication rhythms, and board culture.
