Chef Dave knows that behind every successful dish, there are countless experiments and indeed, occasional failures. But sometimes, happy accidents result in the best recipes! With his secret, multi-course menu, he’ll take you through some of his favorite concoctions that definitely hit all their marks. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions at the time of booking, and our Culinary Team will be happy to accommodate. Our mixologists will be at the ready with craft cocktails reflecting the heart and spirit of NYC. And, our free-flowing full bar including beer and wine is always included in your ticket.
