About this Event

This Floorwork class is rooted in breakdance foundations while remaining fully open to contemporary dancers and movers.

The training focuses on ground technique, fluid transitions and movement quality. Through structured exercises and guided sequences, you will develop strength, coordination, control and creative flow.

This class is ideal for:
