This is a Pre-Concert Celebration/Fundraiser for Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital. The FLOCKER Meet-Up is a traditional gathering of the most loyal and dedicated fan base who catch up with fan friends, make new friends and share and celebrate their love and adoration for their favorite artist and the music while raising money for a worthy cause with the opportunity to win exceptional raffle prizes and souvenirs.

RAFFLE RULES & PROCEDURE NOTICE!

NOW THERE ARE 2 SEPARATE RAFFLES FOR THIS FUNDRAISER EVENT! MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD WITH VALID ID TO PARTICIPATE IN RAFFLE!
NO EXCEPTIONS!

RAFFLE # 1 We have added THE $5 TREASURE CHEST!!!
This specific starter raffle will be SINGLE ITEM PRIZES! (albums, CDs, T-shirts, Hats, Koozies, Stickers, Games,etc) This specific raffle’s tickets will be only $5 each, CASH ONLY! This will be the introductory raffle and is separate from the Big Bundle Prizes! The sale of entry raffle tickets for this drawing will cease at 3:30 p.m. SHARP!!!
THE $5 TREASURE CHEST DRAWING will occur at 3:35 pm and the objective is to complete this introductory raffle and disperse prizes BEFORE moving on to the BIG Raffle #2.
Procedure: Name/Number will be called, and that person will draw a numbered chip from a bag and win the prize with the matching number. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN on the $5 Treasure Chest Raffle!!! There are multiple prizes and not enough time to allot justification in delaying the process of the event to call multiple persons on single item winnings, therefore for the Treasure Chest Raffle, you must be present to win.

RAFFLE #2 THE BIG BUNDLES & CUSTOM CORNHOLE BOARD SET!
Raffle tickets are $20 each or a bonus value of 6 tickets for $100, CASH ONLY! Complimentary Shade-Woolly’s Gatherings Koozies will be provided for every ticket sold for this specific raffle WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! The supply is limited, so make your ticket purchases early to ensure obtaining the koozie souvenir. There will be 3 raffle prizes. Participants may select which entry box to place their ticket or tickets in and may enter all their tickets in 1 specific drawing, or divide their ticket inserts up into 2 or 3 entry boxes. Participants will have the liberty to choose which prize or prizes they are interested in having a chance to win. YES, it is possible to win 1, 2, or all 3 prizes, but the odds are not likely, but clearly stating, it is “possible.” Raffle Tickets will cease being sold at 3:45 pm SHARP. Drawings for this BIG raffle will start at 4:00 pm SHARP!
PROCEDURE: 3 clear/transparent locked entry boxes, each ticket box respective to the specific raffle prize will be supervised and visible on site. ONLY official ticket/ballots provided by Shade-Woolly’s Gatherings will be allowed for entry. NO HANDWRITTEN SUBSTITUTE BALLOTS OF ANY FORM WILL BE PERMITTED!

A. The Blanket/Album Bundle - OFFICIAL “Change The Game” Vinyl Album & Throw Blanket, Jinks bumper sticker, Jinks Hat & Koozie valued over $135.

B. A FLOCKER Gift Bucket – contains over $300 worth of merchandise including but not limited to: fan t-shirt, hat, music CD, bumper sticker, koozies, USA lighted flag, insulated Shade-Woolly cup, beer pong, dominos, playing cards, flask, Official Cody Jinks set of whiskey glasses, toy black sheep etc.

C. THE BIG PRIZE! Official Competition Regulated Grade One Of A Kind “Change The Game” Corn Hole Game Board Set of 2 with matching “Change The Game” competition grade corn hole toss bags and carrying case; that are all authorized in writing by Cody Jinks, LLC management for this exclusive and specific raffle event ONLY to benefit St Jude’s Children’s Hospital. This combo prize alone is valued over $400.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS!

ALL Raffle Tickets will be sold IN PERSON ONLY starting at 12:00 noon on Saturday May 11, 2024.
Tickets will cease being sold at 3:30 pm SHARP for The Treasure Box; and 3:45pm SHARP for THE BIG RAFFLE. Drawing will occur ON TIME andAgain – CASH ONLY! ***
Shade-Woolly’s Gatherings representatives, affiliates as well as Adair’s Saloon’s employees and affiliates are NOT eligible to participate in the raffles or win any of the raffle prizes. Participants are “Strongly Preferred & Encouraged” to be PRESENT at the time of the drawings so they can be recognized, and photo taken, however participants may have scheduling conflicts, dinner plans, or commute to consider. For winners not physically present, Shade -Woolly’s Representative will call on speaker phone and winners must answer when called to claim their prize(s) or another ticket will be drawn. VOICEMAIL does NOT constitute as an answer. Another drawing will be made if there is no answer. IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE! Winners must take possession of their prizes or make AGREEABLE arrangements IN A TIMELY MANNER to take possession of their prizes prior to the concert. Shade-Woolly’s Gatherings will not incur shipping costs. Nor will raffle prizes be held for any unreasonable amount of time or delivered. If a winner can not take physical possession of a prize because of inconvenience of size and travel (example, the large FLOCKER Corn-hole set) then participants should take that into consideration and opt to enter the drawing for the other prizes.

100 % of proceeds will go to the official Shade-Woolly’s FLOCKERS for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital fundraiser that is found on the official St. Jude’s website. “Proceeds” are as defined: the profit or return derived from a commercial transaction, investment, raffle, etc. the result, specifically the revenue or total sum, accruing from some undertaking or course of action, as in commerce minus the verified expenses of the raffle. The intent and purpose of this event is to create interest at a traditional fan assembly to interact and socialize while raising money for the very worthy non-profit, St Jude’s Children’s Hospital. All actions of Shade Woolly’s Gatherings and the administrator, Gretchen Robin Miller are transparent and posted as will all results, winners and funds raised on The Shade-Woolly’s Gatherings Website. The Official “Shade Woolly’s FLOCKERS For St Jude’s Children” event is posted on line and assessable at www.fundraising.stjude.org (http://www.fundraising.stjude.org/)(http://www.fundraising.stjude.org/ (http://www.fundraising.stjude.org/)) Proceeds will be deposited to the online fund and visible to the public within 10 business days of the raffle fundraiser event. Monetary donations are also accepted online for this fundraiser, however online donations will not qualify to enter the raffle. Only onsite raffle participants can enter the raffle. No individual or group shall be allowed or tolerated to interfere or interject themselves within the procedures of the raffle. No person shall bully, intimidate, or attempt to influence the results of the raffle. ABSOLUTELY NO VENMO, CASH APP or ANY other means of tender or transaction will be accepted! The Raffle is a CASH ONLY IN PERSON to qualify for entry to the raffle. Any other entity, person, or group claiming to be affiliated with or representatives of Shade-Woolly’s Gatherings other than the administrator, Gretchen Robin Miller is prohibited.
